Job Summary

Senior Director, Creative Director for Direct-to-Consumer at Hasbro/Wizards of the Coast. Defines and delivers the creative vision for our DTC storefronts on a shared ecommerce platform, translating marketing direction into cohesive storytelling and merchandising across properties. Leads cross-functional teams (marketing, product, design, engineering) to drive fan engagement and measurable outcomes, balancing strategy and execution across multiple IP portfolios. Hybrid role with three days per week in the Boston, MA office. Focus areas include storefront identity, launch moments, homepage storytelling, and fan engagement, leveraging data and customer insights to optimize the fan experience and commerce performance.

Required Qualifications

  • 12 or more years of creative leadership in DTC, ecommerce, digital media, entertainment, or consumer brands
  • Ownership of end-to-end digital storefront creative strategy, including translating marketing direction into commerce-driven experiences
  • Understanding of mobile-first and responsive digital environments
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data, customer insights, and performance outcomes into creative strategy
  • Experience implementing test-and-learn operating models in ecommerce environments
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
