Job Summary
Lead strategy development for the Corporate Partnership Operations team, overseeing a $120M+ gift-in-kind portfolio and coordinating cross-functionally with Logistics, Finance, and Marketing to drive annual growth plans. Manage donation processing, fulfillment, and inventory compliance while leveraging continuous improvement techniques like Lean Six Sigma to streamline workflows and mitigate delivery risks. Direct team performance through hiring, coaching, and goal setting, ensuring accurate budget reporting and alignment with organizational impact strategies. Collaborate on international GIK expansion and emerging industry trends to maximize mission reach. Hybrid work from Oklahoma City with up to 15% domestic travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent
- 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate partnerships, corporate sales/business development or operations
- senior-level responsibility for year-over-year revenue growth
- experience especially for consumer packaged goods or donated products
