Senior Director, Corporate FP&A

Senior Director, Corporate FP&A leads enterprise-wide financial planning, analysis, reporting, and forecasting; partners with the CFO and executive leadership to align financial objectives with corporate strategy; oversees the annual operating plan, long-range financial planning, and rolling forecasts; delivers data-driven insights for strategic initiatives, capital investments, and enterprise priorities; synthesizes complex financial data for the Board and executive leadership; leads monthly/quarterly/annual performance reviews and KPI reporting; partners cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering; drives automation and analytics enhancements; oversees a high-performing FP&A team and champions scalable processes; responsibilities include M&A analysis, integration planning, and synergy tracking as needed; requires a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), 15+ years of experience, 8+ years of leadership experience, and sector expertise in hardware/manufacturing/aerospace/industrial domains; proficiency in ERP/planning platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning) and strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
