Job Summary
Senior Director of Corporate Development leads M&A execution and financial markets strategy for Omnidian, bridging renewable energy assets with capital markets. Drives institutional partnerships, back-up servicing cultivation, and deal origination; oversees transaction discipline, financial diligence, PMI, and negotiation support; builds relationships with institutional investors, asset owners, and tax equity providers; develops financial models (DCF, LCOE, distribution waterfalls) and valuation for complex transactions; manages due diligence across Legal, Product, Engineering, and Ops; communicates investment theses to the Executive Team and Board, and shapes the M&A playbook and integration framework.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field required
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in transaction-intensive roles (Corporate Development, Investment Banking, or Private Equity)
- Proven track record of leading, structuring, and closing multiple M&A transactions (ideally in the $25M - $200M enterprise value range)
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams and managing external financial/legal advisors
