Job Summary
Lead content and SEO strategy for Kelley Blue Book and Autotrader, overseeing approximately 50 professionals across editorial, creative production, and social media. Define and execute audience growth initiatives that drive traffic, engagement, and revenue while managing budgets and workforce planning. Optimize content performance across search, AI-powered discovery, and owned channels, establishing governance frameworks for over 2,000 annual content assets. Partner with executive stakeholders in Product, Engineering, and Sales to align strategy with business goals and lead organizational transformation including AI adoption and workflow modernization. Manage key vendor relationships and technology investments while representing the company as an industry thought leader.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 12+ years of experience in digital publishing, content strategy, SEO, or related fields
- 6+ years leading large, multi-functional teams
- Proven experience leading content strategy across multiple brands or digital platforms
