Job Summary
Lead all aspects of construction including master planning, pre-construction, design, permitting, entitlements, competitive bidding, team selection, construction, commissioning, and project closeout. Manage direct reports and third-party project management resources while creating project budgets, establishing monthly forecasts, and tracking staffing utilization. Own resource allocation and project workflow, drive day-to-day construction decisions, and ensure compliance with Basis of Design, specifications, codes, and lease requirements. Partner with sales for customer engagement, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate design criteria with Operations for ongoing facility maintenance. Submit approval packages to the executive team and ensure lessons learned feed into continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, or similar field
- 10 to 12 years of experience in a management role
- Complex and technical construction experience
- Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management
- Travel required is expected to be 10-30%
Desired Qualifications
- 12 to 15 years preferred
- Data Center experience
