Job Summary
Develop and execute the enterprise compensation philosophy, leading annual planning for merit, promotions, and market adjustments while designing salary structures and conducting pay equity analyses. Oversee multi-state payroll governance to ensure accurate processing and compliance with FLSA, wage and hour laws, and IRS reporting. Manage health and welfare benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k), by leading vendor negotiations, annual renewals, and Open Enrollment while monitoring utilization and costs. Partner with Finance on labor budgeting and support acquisitions through compensation harmonization and standardization across legacy organizations. Lead the Total Rewards team, develop executive dashboards on labor cost trends, and drive process improvements within the HRIS to enhance data integrity and automation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, or Payroll leadership experience
- Experience supporting 1,000+ employees across multiple locations
- Experience leading compensation strategy, benefits administration, and payroll governance
- Multi-state compliance
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred
- Industrial services, construction, manufacturing, equipment rental, logistics, or field services experience preferred
- CCP, CEBS, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or CPP certifications preferred
- Paycom or comparable HRIS
