Job Summary
Lead and inspire client engagements for strategic, high-impact projects across life sciences, acting as a trusted advisor to guide data transformation journeys. Manage large-scale engagements from inception through execution, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality. Oversee end-to-end delivery of innovative cloud and data management solutions on platforms including AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure, while driving innovation in data warehousing and agentic AI strategies. Mentor a high-performing global team, manage succession planning, and lead pre-sales initiatives to articulate the value of Axtria's cloud capabilities. Partner with business development to shape winning proposals, respond to RFPs, and draft thought leadership content establishing industry leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven leadership experience in the life sciences industry
- Demonstrated success as a Lead Architect or Delivery Manager on large-scale, end-to-end data management projects
- Advanced proficiency in data modeling (both relational and dimensional)
- Thorough understanding of data integration and data warehouse architectures
- Strategic thinker with a track record of managing portfolios worth $10M+
- Experience driving revenue growth through strong client relationships
Desired Qualifications
- MBA, Master's Degree, or PhD
- Cloud certifications (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS Professional, AWS Associate)
- Experience with Azure cloud solutions
- Deep expertise in cloud data/analytics platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, BI tools like Tableau and Power BI, AI tools provided by Anthropic, Microsoft, OpenAI, and others
