Job Summary
Lead commercial strategy for your territory by cultivating strategic relationships with dedicated main house wholesalers and driving ownership of the annual business plan. Oversee Commercial plan development, Wholesaler Joint Business Plans, and critical processes including pricing strategy, forecasting reviews, and performance audits. Manage end-to-end wholesaler relationships through routine meetings, trimester planning, and AOE & WEA assessments while owning Sales, Share, and Financial performance. Provide report-outs to senior management and leverage tools like IRI and Business Objects to drive market insights and future growth. Prioritize team development and model leadership capabilities including transformation, long-term thinking, and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years of Sales and/or Marketing experience
- preferably in the beverage or consumer package goods industry
- thorough knowledge of company products and industry best practices
- Ability to understand and develop strategic direction and plans to drive results
- Strong leadership skills
- ability to develop and engage people to build a high-performance sales team
- Strong internal and external customer service and communication skills
