Senior Director, Clinical Lab Support-Pre and Post Analytics

Directs, plans, and organizes the Clinical Laboratory Support staff and activities, and optimizes the use of technology solutions in support of the enterprise. Leads a Clinical Laboratory Support group through staff development, consensus-building for programs and goals, and collaboration with facilities leadership and Corporate IT to promote departmental optimization and adoption of solutions that meet patient, physician/clincian, and community needs. Develops and articulates a short-term strategic vision for areas of responsibility and ensures activities align with the enterprise goals. Performs related duties as required and serves as a key liaison with senior leaders to sustain operational excellence in laboratory support across the organization.
