Job Summary
Develop clinical development strategy and plans for partnership program assets, ensuring alignment with worldwide regulatory and commercial needs. Lead clinical development execution by partnering with core teams and execution units to deliver seamless onboarding of external partner projects. Provide scientific expertise for investigator and vendor selection, offer medical guidance throughout trial conduct, and review, query, and analyze clinical trial data. Build and maintain investigator networks, organize advisory boards, and author key documents including protocols, INDs, NDAs, and clinical study reports. Mentor function team members, CRO staff, and study sites while conducting regular review meetings to ensure studies track to quality and timeline. Report on study status, operational KPIs, and enforce quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- MD, DO degree or equivalent in a related discipline
- Minimum of 6+ years of clinical development experience
- 5 or more years in oncology therapeutic area
- Professional knowledge and skills in oncology therapeutics
- Strategic leader with demonstrated success building, managing, and developing teams
- Working knowledge of applicable international compliance guidelines and regulations
- Experience working in a global environment
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Travel: Up to 20%
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
