Senior Director, Client Success & Growth

Senior Director, Client Success & Growth at Carrum Health is responsible for serving as the primary business architect, relationship manager, and delivery lead for Carrum Health’s strategic partnerships. You will own the financial health of accounts (treated as individual P&Ls), drive strategic expansion of offerings, and ensure successful delivery of all program aspects (experiential, operational, and technical) while maintaining high client satisfaction. The role requires executive relationship management with C-Suite audiences and hands-on collaboration with Engineering and Operations on platform migrations and scaling, balancing client customizations with Carrum’s standards to enable scalable growth. Key focus areas include expanding Centers of Excellence utilization (notably Substance Use Disorder and Oncology programs), managing cross-functional initiatives across business, operations, technology, and people, and shaping value-based care delivery in the employer-sponsored market. The position is remote-first with offices in San Francisco and Chicago, and a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making, emotional intelligence, and high-volume stakeholder management.
