Job Summary
Senior Director leading Circana’s Client Insights function, delivering high-impact, actionable insights and guiding end-to-end analytic delivery. Partners with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business challenges into analytical frameworks, shape best practices in measurement, storytelling, and client engagement, and contribute to product development discussions (e.g., Unify+). Primary responsibilities include championing client success, building strategic client relationships, leveraging Circana’s proprietary platforms to support engagements, delivering advanced analytics, collaborating cross-functionally with Client Service, Product, and Analytics teams, managing the sales cycle to meet revenue targets, maintaining industry expertise in CPG, driving client growth, and delivering insight-led solutions that translate data into actionable business outcomes. This role is hybrid and located in Purchase, NY and New York, NY with occasional in-person meetings, reflecting a leadership position within the Circana organization.
Required Qualifications
- Senior leadership experience in Client Insights or equivalent
- Proven track record leading data analytics and client-facing teams
- Strong strategic planning and relationship-building abilities
- Experience translating business challenges into analytical frameworks
- Ability to guide end-to-end insight delivery and reporting
- Proficiency with analytics platforms and data visualization tools
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive client growth
- Understanding of the consumer packaged goods (CPG) and retail landscape
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and drive revenue
