Senior Director Care Management

Manage the Hospital Care Management Departments and their associated services for all WellSpan entities. Work closely with caregivers and staff in the Finance Department to ensure coordination and efficiency of care while meeting contractual requirements of payor contracts. Assist with the redesign of care to ensure success with new models of payment that place WellSpan at risk for the cost and quality of healthcare services.
