Job Summary
Lead Capture Plan Review through Final Bid Decision for assigned opportunities within the National Security portfolio, specifically targeting DHS agencies including TSA, CISA, USCIS, FEMA, ICE, and CBP. Collaborate closely with the National Security Business Development Account Lead, Operations, Solutions, Pricing, and Proposal teams to drive execution. Manage periodic travel of 10-25% to customer locations, industry events, and strategic planning sessions at Maximus HQ as needed. Support strategic growth initiatives across the assigned portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Senior Director - Capture Management experience
- Strategic growth experience across the National Security portfolio
- Experience with Department of Homeland Security (DHS) agencies, including TSA, CISA, USCIS, FEMA, ICE, and CBP
- Execution lead experience for assigned opportunities from Capture Plan Review through Final Bid Decision
- Collaboration experience with National Security Business Development Account Lead, Operations, Solutions, Pricing, and Proposal teams
- Ability to travel approximately 10 - 25% to customer locations, industry events, and strategic planning sessions
