Senior Director, Capital Markets Strategy

Develop and execute growth strategies across Capital Markets service lines, markets, and property sectors. Lead strategic initiatives related to business development, external partnerships, and market expansion opportunities. Drive cross-platform collaboration and cross-selling strategies across Capital Markets teams. Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, ensuring successful execution and measurable results. Build business cases and investment recommendations to support growth initiatives and capital allocation decisions. Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and production data to identify opportunities and inform business strategy. Prepare executive-level presentations and recommendations for senior leadership. Partner closely with Capital Markets leadership, Operations, and business leaders to align strategic priorities and execution plans. This individual contributor role offers significant executive-level exposure within Cushman & Wakefield's global real estate services firm, which operates in nearly 400 offices across 60 countries.
