Job Summary
Lead the development of data-informed strategies to maximize revenue across ticketing and consumer-driven business lines, partnering with senior leadership to define and execute short and long-term strategic initiatives. Own ticket pricing strategy, inventory management, and demand forecasting while translating complex analyses into actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders. Build predictive models related to demand, retention, and customer segmentation, and serve as an internal consultant to departments including Marketing, Corporate Partnerships, Concessions, Retail, and Ballpark Operations. This role sits at the center of the Washington Nationals' revenue engine, shaping high-impact decisions across partnerships and other key business lines. The Nationals are a military-friendly organization actively recruiting veterans and spouses.
Required Qualifications
- Must successfully clear a background check
- Must have U.S. work authorization
- Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, compelling narratives
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Python and/or R, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau)
- Experience with predictive modeling and statistical analysis (e.g., regression techniques)
- Deep understanding of revenue optimization levers and consumer market dynamics
- Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills
- 10 year(s): Professional applicable experience in strategy, analytics, consulting, or a related field
- Bachelors or better in Economics or related field
