Job Summary
Drive department strategy execution, P&L management, and team development while selling new projects and renewal contracts to existing clients. Build C-suite relationships to identify and deliver new value, negotiate pricing, and maximize client savings. Manage 2-4 direct reports through evaluation and mentorship, resolve project issues by defining root causes, and establish performance dashboards. Collaborate with internal experts and partners to adopt best practices and lead company improvement initiatives. Lead implementation of cost reduction solutions for Fortune 1000 clients across North America.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 11-15 years of expense reduction consulting experience
- 4+ years of management/supervisory experience
- Ability to lead others to complete complex projects on time
- Experience in building relationships and alignment amongst team members and clients with demonstrated leadership skills
- Proven ability to deliver results
