Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, build risk registries, and map policy workflows to establish the operating model for Business Integrity. Drive proactive detection systems for fraud rings, account takeovers, and policy violations while creating dashboards to track enforcement actions and abuse patterns. Review investigation queues, define scalable enforcement workflows, and make critical tooling decisions to protect the platform. Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Legal, and Compliance teams to translate regulatory requirements into actionable controls and design compliance-by-architecture for account lifecycles. Build and lead a high-performing team from the ground up, shaping a culture where integrity drives growth and trust.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years in Trust & Safety, Fraud Prevention, Compliance Ops, Law Enforcement, or equivalent discipline
- Proven track record building and scaling trust & safety or fraud prevention operations—hiring, mentoring, and retaining high-performing teams
- Deep understanding of bad actor tactics, evasion techniques, and how to identify and prevent abuse patterns
- Experience designing policies, proactive detection systems, workflows, monitoring cadence, and enforcement processes at scale
- Familiarity with regulatory environments (DSA, OFAC, FTC) and compliance-by-design frameworks
- Product or technical background and credibility with engineering and product teams—you can translate business problems into technical solutions and make informed tooling decisions
- Ability to lead through legal and regulatory ambiguity, exercising sound judgment on complex issues
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in AdTech, performance marketing, or platforms with two-sided networks (advertisers + publishers)
- Experience with AI/ML-driven processes, including detection and automation
- Deep experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and Security teams in fast-moving environments
- Experience leading through regulatory inquiries, audits, or enforcement actions
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a track record of managing global initiatives and driving cultural change
