Senior Director, Business Development (Cell & Gene Therapy)

Manage RFI preparation, proposals, and process change-orders while engaging clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to represent AGC Biologics' capabilities. Coordinate proposal development, lead discussions during site visits, and facilitate rapid execution of the sales process across plasmid DNA, cell therapy, and gene therapy programs. Own CRM pipeline data, present progress to leadership, and assist in negotiating Strategic Account Agreements. Establish contacts with prospective clients, coordinate technical and financial due diligence, and actively participate in developing regional marketing plans. Travel globally approximately 50% of the time to support client locations and conferences.
