Job Summary
Senior Director, Business Applications to lead IT management of Finance, Legal and HR applications (Concur, ADP, Workday) including ERP implementation, vendor management, and production support, aligning IT solutions with Corporate Functions and acting as a strategic business partner while guiding project management for tactical deployments and ensuring secure, compliant, scalable applications across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 15+ years of IT application management within Pharmaceuticals
- 5+ years focused on Finance, Legal and HR systems
- Proven experience with Workday, Concur, ADP, and Coupa
- Experience running an ERP implementation
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful implementations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in multiple areas of IT/Pharma and agile enough to jump in wherever needed
