Job Summary
Senior Director, Business Analytics leading client-facing analytics engagements and internal analytics leadership. Responsibilities include consulting with clients to identify business problems and develop analytics roadmaps, leading consumer segmentation and audience identification, advising on audience strategy and measurement, presenting data-driven insights, guiding the development and execution of measurement plans, distilling complex analytic concepts into actionable narratives, identifying growth opportunities and adoption of new analytics technologies, providing ad hoc client support, and leading/mentoring direct reports. Internal duties include partnering on budgeting and plan development, recruiting talent, staying ahead of industry trends, and coaching colleagues. Required: university degree and 11+ years of data and analytics experience in advertising/marketing consulting, strong leadership and client-facing communication skills, expertise in data-driven advertising and audience-based marketing.
