Job Summary
Senior Director, Associate General Counsel leads the enterprise commercial contracting function, overseeing a large team of attorneys and contract professionals, setting the vision for the contracting function, enabling complex deals, and advancing a scalable legal operating model. The role drives CLM implementation, governance, and process improvements, partnering with product, technology, procurement, and business teams to enable innovation while managing risk.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- 12–15+ years of experience advising on complex commercial and technology transactions
- 7+ years of leadership experience, including managing teams of attorneys or contract professionals; experience leading managers and senior counsel preferred
- Proven ability to operate as a strategic partner to senior business stakeholders
- Extensive experience negotiating high-value commercial agreements, particularly in technology and services
- Experience supporting or implementing CLM tools and driving adoption and change management
