Job Summary
Lead and inspire client engagements, ensuring world-class delivery of strategic, high-impact projects across life sciences while acting as a trusted advisor for data transformation journeys. Manage large-scale client engagements from inception through execution, overseeing end-to-end delivery of innovative cloud and data management solutions on AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure. Drive innovation in data warehousing, business intelligence, and agentic AI strategies by collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to design scalable, cutting-edge solutions. Lead and mentor a high-performing, global team, fostering collaboration and driving talent recruitment to ensure sustained excellence. Play an active role in business development, shaping winning proposals, leading pre-sales initiatives, and partnering to draft thought leadership content. This role supports Axtria's mission to empower life sciences companies with AI and data analytics solutions, impacting millions of patients globally.
Required Qualifications
- Deep expertise in cloud data/analytics platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, BI tools like Tableau and Power BI, AI tools provided by Anthropic, Microsoft, OpenAI, and others
- Proven leadership experience in the life sciences industry, with a strong focus on transformational projects
- Demonstrated success as a Lead Architect or Delivery Manager on large-scale, end-to-end data management projects, with full responsibility for design, delivery, and ongoing optimization
- Advanced proficiency in data modeling (both relational and dimensional) and a thorough understanding of data integration and data warehouse architectures
- A strategic thinker with a track record of managing portfolios worth $10M+ and driving revenue growth through strong client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

- Cloud certifications (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS Professional, AWS Associate) and experience with Azure cloud solutions
- Certifications in AWS (Professional or Associate level)
