Senior Director, Advanced Packaging

Senior Director, Advanced Packaging responsible for strategic direction and execution for multiple customers and regions. Shapes product roadmaps and priorities, drives sales alignment, and develops pricing strategy to improve margin. Leads cross-functional teams, prepares and presents complex technical and high-level presentations to customers, mentors junior colleagues, and ensures achievement of regional financial targets (gross margin, OpEx) and forecast. Demonstrates strong leadership and stakeholder management to advance Applied Materials’ packaging solutions and maintain competitive positioning across markets.
