Senior Director, Actuarial Ecosystems

Job Summary
Act as the primary liaison between corporate technology teams and actuaries, translating business needs into technical solutions. Develop and articulate the vision for the actuarial platform architecture, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Lead the evaluation and selection of systems and tools to support actuarial processes and financial reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, risk, and operations, across local business units to ensure successful platform deployment. Oversee the delivery and ongoing enhancement of a shared service platform for regular financial reporting, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and compliance. Champion best practices in system integration, data management, and actuarial analytics. This role reports to the Group Chief Actuary and may require travel to various business units.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- Extensive experience in actuarial functions, financial reporting, and technology-driven solutions in the insurance or financial services industry
- Proven track record in system selection, architecture specification, and platform delivery for actuarial or financial applications
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and standards for actuarial reporting
