Job Summary
Senior Director, Account Services - Digital Growth at FRONT ROW Group leads a portfolio of high-growth client accounts across paid media, performance content, and analytics. This hands-on leadership role drives day-to-day client success, translates objectives into actionable multichannel growth strategies, guides both clients and internal teams, and oversees account health, resourcing, and delivery. The role requires managing a team (4 direct reports, growing), partnering with senior clients, and delivering a unified growth strategy across paid media, creative, and analytics. The position operates in a hybrid setup with offices in San Diego and New York and involves leadership in a fast-paced, data-driven agency environment serving beauty, health, and wellness brands. Salary range is $150,000–$175,000 with benefits including medical, vision, dental, 401k, and professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, account services, or integrated growth roles within an agency environment
- Proven experience managing and growing complex, multichannel client relationships with a strong focus on performance outcomes
- Strong understanding of performance marketing across paid search, paid social, and broader digital media ecosystems
- Not a day to day platform operator, but highly fluent in platform mechanics, optimization levers, and performance drivers
- Experience working in integrated environments that include media, creative, and analytics functions
- Comfortable operating in both strategy and execution, willing to get into the details and ensure work is done right
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable recommendations
- Experience leading and developing high performing teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with confidence presenting to senior client stakeholders
- Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast paced environment
