Job Summary
The Senior Direct Care/MAP specialist assists with overseeing shifts to meet the needs of male adolescents in a new Intensive Treatment Residential program. Responsibilities include maintaining a therapeutic environment, ensuring effective delivery of behavioral health treatment, and collaborating with nursing staff on medication management. The role requires experience with the youth demographic, a relevant degree or equivalent experience, and supervisory skills. Candidates must hold the MAP certification and an active CPR/First Aid certification.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with the population served
- Driver's license required
- Legally registered & insured car for work use
- Experience working with youth and their families
- Experience in community child welfare and mental health programming
- Previous supervisor experience

- Hold Medication Administration Program (MAP) certification
