Job Summary
Senior-level role owning the full lifecycle of the enterprise endpoint environment (Windows/macOS) with emphasis on Intune, Jamf Pro, Entra ID, Defender for Endpoint, and Purview; responsible for designing secure, automated endpoint platforms, supporting VIP users, and operating in a hybrid in-office model in Naperville, IL.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise endpoint engineering experience
- Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune (MEM)
- MDM and MAM policy design, compliance, app deployment
- Autopilot (device registration, ESP tuning, User-Driven / Self-Deploying / Pre-Provisioning models)
- zero-touch large-scale rollouts
- mobile platform enrollment (iOS, Android, macOS)
- Jamf Pro mastery (policies, packages, Jamf Connect)
- Microsoft Entra ID (device registration, hybrid join, Conditional Access)
- Named locations, sign-in risk policies, Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
- Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) and Defender Vulnerability Management
- Microsoft Purview (DLP, Information Protection, eDiscovery)
- Scripting in PowerShell (required) and Python (required)
- Image packaging and remote OS deployment (Windows Autopilot, MDT/WDS)
- Enterprise networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN, NAC, firewall)
- Experience supporting contact center or high-availability endpoints
- Executive/VIP stakeholder management
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., Copilot for M365)
- Security hardening principles (CIS, NIST SP 800-70, DISA STIGs)
- Experience in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, or insurance)
- Endpoint scalability for remote/distributed workforces
- ITAM and CMDB experience with MDM integration
- ServiceNow or Jira Service Management for asset/change governance
- Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or equivalent
- MD-102, SC-200, SC-400, SC-300 certifications
- Jamf 200/300
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent
