Job Summary
Oversee daily website operations, ensuring all content is accurate, up to date, and fully functional across landing pages, campaign pages, and microsites. Manage and publish updates while maintaining brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and WCAG 2.1 requirements. Serve as a subject matter expert for CMS publishing, creating workflows and training others on best practices. Analyze user behavior and traffic patterns to generate actionable insights for improving engagement and conversion rates. Lead A/B and multivariate testing on landing pages and calls-to-action to optimize user experience. Conduct keyword research and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve search visibility. Monitor emerging digital trends, including AI-driven search platforms, and pilot innovative digital experiences to enhance storytelling and fundraising impact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic campaigns and the organization's digital transformation goals. This role requires onsite presence four days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Web Design/Development, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience managing websites, digital content, or online user experience
- Strong understanding of SEO, web analytics, and UX principles
- Experience with content management systems (CMS), preferably Adobe Experience Manager or similar platforms
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into practical improvements
- Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion optimization, and digital design best practices
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative problem-solver with both technical and strategic abilities
- In office work model
- Onsite four days per week
