Job Summary
Senior Digital Sales & Performance Marketing Expert responsible for leading end-to-end digital sales strategy across web and mobile in Belgium. Core duties include developing and optimising digital sales performance, managing traffic generation and end-to-end campaigns across paid and owned channels, building and analysing dashboards with web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics), optimising content and landing pages for SEO and conversion, contributing to experimentation and best-practice sharing, and collaborating closely with digital, marketing and product teams. Requires 5+ years in digital marketing/e-commerce/digital strategy, hands-on analytics and marketing tool proficiency (Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, etc.), strong conversion-optimisation and A/B testing experience, and multilingual communication (Dutch or French AND English). Master’s degree or equivalent through experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, digital sales or digital strategy
- Strong experience in performance marketing (paid & owned media, funnel optimisation)
- Hands-on experience with analytics and marketing tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics or equivalent, SEO tools such as SEMrush, data platforms, etc.)
- Strong understanding of conversion optimisation, A/B testing and customer journey design
- Analytical mindset with strong communication and writing skills
- Experience working in cross-functional and international environments
- Master’s degree or equivalent through experience
- Fluent in Dutch or French AND English
