Job Summary
Lead end-to-end project management of complex digital initiatives including websites, apps, ecommerce, CRM, and marketing platforms, defining scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure delivery on time and within budget. Anticipate risks, solve problems quickly, and balance project profitability with client satisfaction while maintaining rigorous documentation, reporting, and risk management practices. Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, data protection regulations, and security protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and clients to align objectives and translate user needs into actionable requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience managing digital projects such as websites, apps, ecommerce, CRM or marketing platforms
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering complex digital projects on time and within budget matters most; a background in Project Management, Digital Media, Business or a related field is a plus
- PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification is a plus
- Broad knowledge of Sitecore Composable digital solutions is a real benefit
- Strong understanding of web technologies and project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet)
