Job Summary
Senior Digital Product Manager to independently own end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for media-driven claim experiences and enterprise trust & safety capabilities. You will shape how we leverage media to simplify the claim journey, partner with engineering and global product teams, and influence senior stakeholders to drive measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities include discovery, validating assumptions, setting clear priorities, and delivering best-in-class customer and agent experiences. Requires 7+ years of product management experience in technology, with a BA/BS Degree. This is a hybrid role associated with our Bay Area office, with base compensation range of $170K-$200K. You will own outcomes, align cross-functional teams, and drive data-informed improvements in customer experiences.
