Job Summary
Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Monitor & Grow customer mission, defining how clients monitor, understand, and grow investments post-execution. Translate customer needs into detailed functional requirements and omnichannel experiences that simplify complex financial information into intuitive, proactive, and AI-enabled journeys. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, coordinating Product Owners, engineering teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure scalable global capabilities across multiple countries. Define success metrics, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous optimization through analytics and experimentation to increase engagement and long-term investment activity. Balance global standardization with local adaptability to address regional regulatory and business needs while maintaining a consistent customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience as Product Manager, Strategy Manager, Product Operations Manager, Transformation Manager or similar role
- Experience owning digital products or leading complex digital initiatives with cross-functional and international stakeholders
- Strong understanding of digital product management and Agile environments
- Experience coordinating complex cross-functional programmes
- Excellent strategic thinking combined with strong execution capabilities
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to structure complex problems and translate them into actionable plans
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in international environments
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Fluent English and Spanish
