Senior Digital Product Manager at Lola Blankets owning digital commerce platform capabilities across web, app, acquisition, and retention; translate commercial objectives into scalable Shopify-centric platform solutions, manage platform health and delivery velocity, mentor a Product Manager, and partner with Performance Marketing, Loyalty & Retention, and Paid Media to enable rapid, data-informed decision making and cross-functional execution.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in digital product management or related roles
- Shopify platform experience (5+ years)
- Proven experience owning platform or capability roadmaps
- Strong understanding of digital product ecosystems (Shopify-centric preferred) including CMS, Martech, analytics, and experimentation
- Experience mentoring product managers
- Strong technical fluency and collaboration with engineering
- Analytical, structured thinker with strong communication and prioritization skills
