Job Summary
Senior Digital Product Manager responsible for defining and delivering a best-in-class web experience that drives business outcomes and supports global digital strategies. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle of capabilities on Invesco’s public facing websites, from vision and roadmap through execution, optimization, and continuous improvement. Partner with engineering, design, marketing, analytics, and regional stakeholders to prioritize initiatives based on client insights, data, and strategic objectives, while ensuring the website platform (Adobe Experience Manager) is scalable, performant, accessible, and compliant across markets. Define and execute the website product strategy, vision, and multi-quarter roadmap; translate goals into prioritized requirements; lead cross-functional delivery in an agile environment; leverage data, A/B testing, and analytics to inform decisions and optimize performance; drive platform evolution (CMS, personalization, integrations, martech stack); track KPIs such as engagement, conversion, uptime, and customer satisfaction; collaborate with regional stakeholders to align priorities and ensure successful launches.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years Digital (Web/Mobile) product ownership experience
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud environment is a distinct advantage
- Agile product management experience with large-scale, distributed web products
- Experience with Jira/Confluence preferred
- Experience in financial services/asset management or B2B preferred
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Ability to translate business goals into product requirements and lead cross-functional delivery
