Job Summary
Support the definition of design strategy for your scope and drive end-to-end user experience to influence product leadership. Promote the Design System to ensure rational decisions improving user journey consistency, while articulating complex problems holistically across product dependencies. Collaborate with Product and Tech peers to identify value creation opportunities, co-create roadmaps, and pilot projects elevating team practices. Mentor designers on information architecture, test methodologies, and stakeholder engagement. Define and improve collaboration methods across Product Managers, Designers, and Tech Managers. Based in Paris or Lille with flexible remote options, this role focuses on optimizing the value chain for Decathlon's 500 million global users through sustainable digital innovation.
