Job Summary
Senior Digital Product Designer - Design Systems responsible for defining, building, and evolving design system styles, interaction patterns, components, and documentation; maintaining robust Figma component libraries; collaborating with designers and engineers to ensure adoption; facilitating knowledge-sharing and upskilling; applying research to evaluate system efficiency and user needs; contributing to design tokens with cross-domain teams; supporting AI-assisted design workflows and system integrity; promoting human-centered design across web, iOS, and Android platforms; working within LEGO DP&I to deliver consistent, scalable, on-brand experiences through shared tools and practices; hybrid work arrangement with offices in Billund or Copenhagen and ongoing collaboration across teams.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, interaction design, or related field
- Experience designing and contributing to developing systems, ideally in enterprise environments
- Ability to facilitate workshops such as design sprints and play-testing sessions
- An up-to-date online portfolio demonstrating UI and visual design craft, interaction design, and problem-solving skills
