Job Summary
Define customer journeys and translate product strategy into functional requirements for the Decide & Invest mission. Analyze market trends, identify experience improvements, and support product KPI monitoring and adoption across multiple countries. Collaborate with engineering teams to refine backlogs, coordinate sprint planning, and ensure high-quality delivery while protecting global product vision. Design intuitive onboarding, profiling, and investment execution experiences that simplify regulatory compliance and reduce customer friction. Work with Product Managers, UX, and local markets to deliver scalable digital capabilities for millions of Santander customers.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Analyst or similar role in digital environments
- Experience translating business needs into customer journeys, functional requirements and scalable digital products
- Good understanding of digital product development and technology principles
- Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with Agile product teams
- Ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders, countries and cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working across multiple product areas, contributing to cross-stream initiatives when business priorities require it
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English and Spanish
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in digital banking, wealth management, fintech or digital platforms
- University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data, Technology or related fields
