Job Summary
Senior Digital Producer/Project Manager to lead the production of dot-com websites, banners, advertising campaigns, mobile apps and other digital products. Must work in English and Japanese with strong fluency to collaborate with clients. You’ll frequently meet clients face-to-face, coordinate a global production team, scope and quote projects, plan timelines, ensure profitability, and drive timely delivery. The role emphasizes building client relationships, guiding projects from proposal through execution, and delivering high-end digital work across websites, apps, campaigns, and e-commerce platforms for top brands. Collaboration with Monks’ global production partners and balancing client needs with technical feasibility are key components.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience producing high-end brand sites, digital ad campaigns, apps and e-comm platforms
- English & Japanese language proficiency
- ability to lead production from proposal to product
- experience with client-facing roles and RFPs/treatments/proposals
