Job Summary
Senior Digital Print Operator leads and coordinates print production jobs from setup through completion, operating high-speed laser and inkjet printers to produce variable-data documents with a focus on quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. The role includes serving as a technical resource for operators and production staff, mentoring teammates, communicating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet specifications, and identifying opportunities for workflow improvements to maximize yield and minimize waste. The position requires troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, adherence to safety and quality procedures, and effective use of production workflows and print-to-mail processes. Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2–5 years of digital print production, transactional print, mail production, or related manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience operating high-speed laser and inkjet printing equipment in a production environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced production setting
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to pass drug screening, E-Verify, and background check
