Job Summary
Senior Digital Merchandiser to lead development and execution of merchandising strategies across online platforms for Bass Pro Shops’ Fish/Marine categories. Drive sales growth and customer engagement through integrated product assortments with inventory planning, promotions, and marketing calendar. Analyze complex data to optimize product placement, enhance SEO, and improve conversion; oversee visual merchandising and catalog maintenance; collaborate with cross-functional teams to align promotions with brand strategy; mentor Outfitters and stay ahead of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. Onsite role based in Springfield, Missouri, with full-time responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in digital merchandising in an e-commerce environment
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Expertise in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), e-commerce platforms, and SEO best practices
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CMS experience
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
