Job Summary
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive qualified leads and business growth for a home services company. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Local Services Ads, and Meta platforms while improving organic search visibility through SEO. Create high-performing content for websites, blogs, and social media that aligns with brand messaging and supports lead generation initiatives. Monitor key performance indicators, prepare regular reports on ROI and campaign performance, and implement AI-powered tools to enhance productivity. Fully remote, full-time role with high autonomy and ownership over all marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Proven experience managing Google Ads
- Proven experience managing Google Local Services Ads (LSA)
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Strong SEO knowledge and hands-on optimization experience
- Experience creating digital marketing content that generates leads
- Ability to independently develop and execute marketing strategies
- Previous management-level responsibility or demonstrated ability to lead marketing initiatives autonomously
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable adopting and utilizing AI tools to improve marketing workflows
- 5+ years of experience required

- Previous experience marketing within the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or broader home services industry is highly preferred
- Previous experience marketing for HVAC companies
- Previous experience marketing for Plumbing companies

- Experience with marketing automation platforms
- Local service business marketing experience
- Landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO) experience
- Experience using ServiceTitan (highly preferred)
