Job Summary
Strategic, hands-on digital marketing leader who translates abstract brand priorities into connected content systems across web, social, and executive platforms. Develops strategic briefs, guides content development, and collaborates with agencies and global teams to ensure narrative consistency, platform alignment, and measurable impact. Shapes content models and experiments, leverages AI-driven discovery to optimize visibility and engagement, and translates performance signals into recommendations for prioritization and execution. Partners across stakeholders to align on high-impact priorities, maintain brand voice at scale, and drive storytelling that supports ambitious business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy, brand strategy, content strategy or integrated communications, with both in-house and agency experience strongly preferred
- Experience leading digital marketing or content strategy for a global brand, with Fortune 500 or start-up experience strongly preferred
- Ability to translate digital strategy into connected content systems across complex, multi-channel ecosystems
- Strong judgment, executive presence, and ability to influence cross-functional teams
