Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned law firm clients, building long-term relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance. Schedule and lead recurring client strategy meetings, analyzing website performance and digital marketing data to translate findings into actionable business recommendations. Coordinate with internal SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, and Web Development teams to execute client strategies while managing project timelines and ensuring deliverables remain on schedule. Proactively identify and resolve client concerns, drive retention through exceptional service, and identify opportunities for additional services aligned with client goals. Maintain accurate documentation of meetings, action items, and client relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and GA4 to confidently explain complex concepts to attorneys.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of Account Management, Client Success, or Client Services experience
- A minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience
- Experience managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Experience presenting marketing performance reports directly to clients
- A deep understanding of SEO
- A deep understanding of Google Ads (PPC)
- A deep understanding of Google Business Profile
- A deep understanding of Local SEO
- A deep understanding of social media marketing
- A deep understanding of website performance
- A deep understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- A deep understanding of digital marketing strategy
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote agency environment
- The ability to confidently explain complex marketing concepts and performance data to attorneys and law firm decision-makers using clear, non-technical language
