Job Summary
Develop and implement comprehensive digital media strategies aligned with client objectives and budget. Oversee the execution and optimisation of performance campaigns across search, social, and display channels, ensuring delivery within time and budget constraints. Lead analysis of campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, then develop and deliver insightful reports to clients. Manage a team of performance specialists and coordinators while maintaining financial accountability and collaborating with middle-senior external relationships and higher-level stakeholders. Proactively communicate campaign updates and address client inquiries, acting as a trusted advisor on digital media strategy.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in programmatic marketing
- Proven track record of success in programmatic marketing
- Strong understanding of digital media channels, platforms, and technologies
- Expertise in performance marketing metrics, data analysis, and reporting
- Experience with campaign management tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Search Ads 360, PMAX, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in leading and developing teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively
