Job Summary
Senior Digital Manager, Advisory & Consulting to lead the Digital Transformation pillar within KBR’s Consulting & Advisory practice. Responsible for defining strategy, building and scaling a team of consultants and digital specialists, advising C-level clients on digital strategy and transformation, leading engagements from ideation to execution (including digital advisory services, digital twin, Industry 4.0, cloud modernization, and intelligent automation), driving business development and go-to-market efforts, and overseeing Agile product development and DEEPs for projects. Requires extensive experience in digital consulting, leadership across multidisciplinary teams, expertise in cloud/data analytics/industrial automation/enterprise architecture, and a strong track record of delivering growth across energy, manufacturing, aerospace, or defense sectors. Familiarity with ESG principles, thought leadership, and IP development is beneficial; travel and budget accountability expectations are included.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field in Technology or Science
- Over 15 years of experience in diverse digital consulting roles, leading large-scale digital transformation programs or technology strategy initiatives
- Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary digital programs within complex industries
- Expertise in one or more of: cloud, data analytics, industrial automation, or enterprise architecture
- Strong understanding of operational challenges in sectors such as energy, manufacturing, aerospace, or defense
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams
- Consistent track record of delivering significant annual revenue growth
