Job Summary
Senior Digital Growth Manager, JAPAC responsible for driving customer acquisition through multi-channel digital campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit and others; manage a large quarterly budget; own end-to-end campaign planning, ideation, execution, and measurement; collaborate with sales, PMMs, and product managers; translate insights into personas and verticals across JAPAC; build and scale digital growth engine with cross-functional stakeholder engagement; on-site at Sydney or Singapore offices five days a week.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years total work experience with ownership over a campaign, program, or initiative
- B2B SaaS experience
- GTM ownership
- ability to interview sales reps, distill insights, write briefs, run campaigns, and report outcomes
- strong quantitative and data-analysis skills
- expertise across paid digital channels (Search, LinkedIn, Meta) and willingness to explore additional platforms (Reddit, Naver, Kakao, LINE)
- excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple workstreams
- high adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- on-site presence in Australia/Singapore for JAPAC role
