Job Summary
Senior Digital Growth Manager responsible for driving customer acquisition through end-to-end digital campaigns across JAPAC, with ownership of multi-channel channels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and more), large quarterly budgets, and cross-functional collaboration. Role requires on-site presence in Sydney, Australia or Singapore five days a week, interviewing stakeholders to build campaign theses, owning full-funnel programs, and collaborating with creative to optimize messaging and assets. Key qualifications include 8+ years of campaign ownership, B2B SaaS GTM experience, technical and quantitative proficiency, and exceptional communication across cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years total work experience with ownership over a campaign or initiative
- Experience in B2B SaaS or early-stage startup GTM ownership
- Ability to interview sales, PMMs, and product managers; distill insights; write briefs; run campaigns; report outcomes
- Technical mindset with deep expertise across paid digital channels
- Strong quantitative and data-analysis skills; ability to build simple models in Excel and read performance dashboards
- Elite written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate across Product Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Marketing Ops
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams with attention to detail
- Self-starter with fast-paced environment adaptability and a point of view
