Job Summary

Senior Digital Growth & Campaigns Manager to own ABX campaign architecture across the full matrix of products (Mobile Wallet, Push, Email, SMS, RCS), personas (VP CRM, Head of Loyalty, Digital Directors), and verticals (Retail, Media, Travel); own the website as a demand generation and conversion asset; lead Airship’s AI-era search visibility (AEO/GEO) and Generative Engine Optimization; drive CRO, A/B testing, and landing page optimization; manage relationship with Flickerbox for implementation; ensure ICP and persona messaging alignment; own site analytics instrumentation, tag management, and conversion tracking; lead LLM visibility audits and coordination with AR/PR and PMM to strengthen presence in authoritative sources; shift from manual campaign management to AI-native, scalable workflows; work in a hybrid setup with a preference for some in-office days in New York, NY; compensation range $135,000-$155,000 per year; remote-friendly with flexible work schedule.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign management in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to design and manage ABX campaign systems across products, personas, and verticals
  • Hands-on experience owning a B2B website as a conversion asset, including CRO, landing page strategy, and analytics instrumentation
  • Fluency in AI-driven paid media platforms (Google PMax, Meta Advantage+, LinkedIn) with a creative strategy and signal-quality orientation
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot), CRM (Salesforce), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau or equivalent)
  • Comfort with AI tools and automation to scale campaign execution; you design systems, not just tasks
  • Experience managing and evaluating external agencies with a clear-eyed view of when to redirect, replace, or supplement
  • Experience building or transitioning to AI-augmented marketing workflows
  • Comfort conducting LLM visibility audits and developing recommendations from findings
  • Strong data-driven decision-making with a track record of using performance data to optimize campaigns and channels
